PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a Polygala root extract-containing oral solid pharmaceutical preparation which resists discoloration with time. SOLUTION : An oral solid pharmaceutical preparation contains Polygala root extract as plain herbal medicine, and at least one of sodium stearyl fumarate, sucrose fatty acid ester and titanium oxide; or, the oral solid pharmaceutical preparation contains Polygala root extract as plain herbal medicine, sodium stearyl fumarate or sucrose fatty acid ester, and titanium oxide.
