PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide Lactobacillus fermentum bacteria with antifungal activity, compositions comprising the bacteria, adjunct cultures comprising the bacteria, methods of producing a fermented milk product using the bacteria or the cultures and the fermented milk products thus obtained, including food, feed and pharmaceutical products. SOLUTION : The present invention provides Lactobacillus rhamnosus bacterium of strain CHCC15860 as deposited with the German Collection of Microorganisms and Cell Cultures (DSMZ) under accession No. DSM32092.
