PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a pharmaceutical task support system, a pharmaceutical task support program, and a pharmaceutical task support method that facilitate discrimination of medicines requiring special attention, when viewing a screen displaying multiple medicines in a list. SOLUTION : A pharmaceutical task support system 10 comprises : a determination processing section 111 which determines whether or not a plurality of medicines respectively are medicines that need special attention, on the basis of at least either prescription query detail information D15 in which information on past cases of prescription queries is stored, or incident case data in which information on past cases of incidents is stored; and a display processing section 112 which makes a display device 24 or a display device 14 display a screen containing a list of names of the plurality of medicines, in a display mode that allows discrimination between names of medicines requiring special attention and names of medicines not requiring special attention.
