PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a spout body and a refill container which can easily release a blockage of the refill container during a refill work and can securely maintain a state of releasing a blockage of the refill container. SOLUTION : An external cylindrical part 4 is provided on an outside of an internal cylindrical part 3 via a gap. A movement part 5 is provided between the internal cylindrical part 3 and the external cylindrical part 4. A plug part 6 for closing an opening end of the internal cylindrical part 3 is provided in the inside of the movement part 5 via a breakable part 8 and a hinge part 7. The movement part 5 is slidably in contact with the internal cylindrical part 3 and the external cylindrical part 4. A distance between an outer surface of the internal cylindrical part 3 and an inner surface of the external cylindrical part 4 is such that the position where the movement part 5 contacts when the breakable part 8 is broken and the plug part 6 opens the opening on a distal end side of the internal cylindrical part 3 is smaller than the position where the movement part 5 contacts when the plug part 6 closes the opening on the distal end side of the internal cylindrical part 3.
