The present invention relates to a support for immobilizing enzymes, comprising porous CNT-SiO_ 2 nanoparticles, and to a biosensor using the same. The porous CNT-SiO_ 2 nanoparticles according to the present invention exhibit a high immobilization effect on the enzymes. Porous CNT-SiO_ 2 nanocomposites with the enzymes immobilized thereon, as a biosensor, have an excellent effect of detecting target biomaterials, thereby capable of being used in food or medicine related industries.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
