To obtain the Graft of Descemet' s membrane (DM) and the endothelium, an external margin of the DM of the corneoscleral donor flap is incised without trabecular meshwork, along the Schwalbe front boundary ring along an arc of a circumference of 320燿egrees. Then, the DM is separated from the underlying posterior stroma in the form of a ring segment with an arc length of 320燿egrees, with an internal diameter of 8爉m. Next, with the help of tweezers, the seizure of the separated part of the DM for edge thereof is made, the remaining part of the DM is separated to the center of the cornea. Next, trepanation of the corneoscleral flap with separated DM is carried out to obtain the finished DM roll.
