PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To effectively reduce the remaining medicine of a patient. SOLUTION : The medication schedule information generated by a medical institution terminal 100 is provided to a caregiver terminal 200, and the medication record information is input from the caregiver terminal 200 and recorded in an actual record management device 300. A remaining medicine management device 400 acquires the medication result information from the actual record management device 300, and the remaining medicine management device 400 ascertains the patient' s status of remaining medicine by providing either a notification for medical instruction or a notification for the next prescription quantity to the medical institution terminal 100, based on the reason for not taking the medication and the reasons for the unmedicated medication, and when the patient has not taken the medicine, the remaining medicine management device can perform either a notification for medical instruction or a notification for the next prescription quantity to the medical institution terminal 100, based on the medicine and the reasons for the unmedicated medication.
