In the first embodiment, the layer is obtained by the method, according to which the water-soluble pore-forming substance is distributed on a non-absorbing surface, which is then applied a solution of at least one derivative of chitin in an organic solvent when the mass ratio of the derivative(s) of chitin to the pore-forming substance is from 1/5 to 1/40, then the solvent is evaporated and washed with water. In another embodiment, the layer is obtained by the following method : at least one derivative of chitin at a concentration of 0.1–99?% is dissolved in a solution of LiCl with a concentration of 5–6?% in N, N-dimethylacetamide, CaCO3 is added to the solution, the mixture is poured onto a non-absorbent surface, then the solvent is evaporated, washed with hydrochloric acid solution and water, dried. In both cases, a chitin derivative is obtained by esterification of chitin in the presence of unbranched saturated aliphatic anhydrides with a C2-C8 chain length, or methacrylic anhydride, or 2-butenoic anhydride, or maleic anhydride, or succinic anhydride, or phthalic anhydride.EFFECT : group of inventions provides faster regeneration of the skin, as well as increased viability and cell adhesion.23 cl, 14 dwg, 1 tbl, 17 ex
