Disperser comprises cylindrical housing with loading and unloading branch pipes. In the cylindrical housing there are rotors with grinding elements fixed on them. Rotors are made plate-like, convex sides are located in sides from each other with possibility of change of gap between rotors. Grinding elements on each rotor are staggered.
