The problem, which the is directed this utility model, is development of device with separate tanks for anolyte and catholyte due to device flow, that provides absence of electric and hydraulic contact between anolyte and catholyte and with the container for water and aqueous solutions. Device consists of container, in which are mounted electrodes, made in the form of channels, connected to direct current source, of which after passing current and anolyte and catholyte are fed by gravity into separate reservoir, located under capacity with aqueous solution.
