FIELD : medicine.SUBSTANCE : invention relates to dentistry, and can be used for prevention of dental hard tissues carious and non-carious aetiology. Low-intensity laser radiation is applied on dental surface and pastes for oral hygiene. Whole tooth surface is treated once with InnoDent preparation. Then, the entire surface of the teeth is exposed to laser radiation using an Optodan apparatus with a semiconductor radiator on gallium arsenide with a laser pulse power of 0.5–1.5 W, wavelength of 0.85–0.98 mcm, frequency of 2–4 kHz for 1–2 minutes. Thereafter, 10?% suspension of hydroxyapatite is applied on the affected areas and repeated exposure to laser light in the same mode. After that, the patient applies tooth pastes for 1 month, elixirs containing hydroxyapatite.EFFECT : method provides preventing caries and non-carious aetiology dental tissue injuries, preventing a progressing caries process, improving the effectiveness of therapeutic and preventive measures and reducing the length of their carrying out, prolonging the effect of biomineralisation as a result of photobiostimulation with low-intensity laser radiation of microcirculation and tooth pulp carcinoma, increasing structural resistance and acid resistance of hard dental tissues, reducing solubility of enamel, activating the remineralisation process, intensifying the desensitizing effect of the biomineralisating composition.1 cl, 4 dwg, 1 tbl, 2 ex |
