PURPOSE : To obtain a data processing system for real estate object intermediary business for recommending real estate objects in accordance with a customer' s request and processing a customer' s reservation request or the like of the real estate object. CONSTITUTION : This system includes a database 16 stored with the information of real estate objects, a host computer 12, plural terminals 100, 200 capable of being optionally connected to the computer 12 through a communication means 20, and the terminals 100, 200 are respectively provided with storage devices 300, 400 for storing at least one of information stored in the database 16 and display devices. The system is also provided with a function for retrieving object information matched with a prescribed condition out of the information stored in the storage devices 300, 400 and the information stored in the database 16 and displaying the retrieved information and a function for changing object information concerned stored in the database 16 to a reserved object in accordance with a reservation procedure request.
