A real estate object auctioning system comprises means for registering the request of the seller of a real estate object for receiving a support service about the real estate object if the seller wants to receive the service, means for registering the request of a bidder of the auction for receiving a support service about the procedure of a sales contract which might be made by the bid of the bidder offered by a registered real estate agent if the bidder wants to receive the service, judging means for judging whether or not the request of the successful bidder or the seller for receiving the support service is registered in response to the determination of a successful bidder by the seller of the auctioned real estate object, and notifying means for notifying the registered real estate agent if the request of the successful bidder or the seller for receiving the support service is registered. The support service includes investigation into the rights about the object that the successful bidder has won, witnessing the contract, carrying out loan procedure for the successful bidder, registration, and remolding.
