PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide information on the environment of the periphery of a real estate article and the sunshine and view of the house for a customer.SOLUTION : This system is equipped with a real estate article database which stores information on the position, size, height, and shape of a real estate article to be mediated, a three-dimensional city database which stores information on the positions, sizes, heights, and shapes of buildings in the city where the real estate article is present, an extraction part which extracts data on a specific article from the real estate article database, a viewpoint setting part which sets a viewpoint in a virtual three-dimensional space formed by the three-dimensional city database, a viewpoint movement part which moves the viewpoint toward an extracted article so that the peripheral environment of the extracted article can be grasped, and an image generation part which performs retrieval from the database based on the moved viewpoint and generates a stereoscopic image of the article and circumferential buildings viewed from the viewpoint.
