PURPOSE : An Internet trust agency service system for receiving the real estate rent is provided to enable a trust agent to executing the procedure for receiving the real estate rent for a lessor, and enable the lessor to confirm whether the rent is deposited through an Internet web site.CONSTITUTION : A trust request unit(102) commits the business for receiving the rent to a rent receipt trust agent service provider. A trust management notification unit(104) notifies a hirer related to a lessor that the service provider is trusted to receive the rent. A rent payment by proxy request unit(105) makes a request for depositing the rent to an account of the lessor to the lessor' s own bank. A notice issuing request unit(106) makes a request for issuing a notice for the rent paid by proxy to the hirer. A rent deposit condition notification unit(107) notifies the service provider and the lessor that the rent is deposited. An information reference request unit(103) processes an information reference request of the lessor.
