By using the real estate database, the area including the object real estate is specified to the graphically displayed map data, and on the basis of the price data of the assumed lot of the specified area, the individual factor data of the assumed lot and the individual factor data of the object real estate are compared and analyzed and the estate value of the object real estate is evaluated.
