PURPOSE : A method for consulting real estate development using networks is provided to rapidly offer a reliable basic enterprise feasibility analysis report on the basis of credible real estate development information.CONSTITUTION : A construction company server(100) consists of a basic enterprise feasibility analysis program(102), an architectural design basic drawing creation program(104), and a database(106). The basic enterprise feasibility analysis program(102) carries out basic enterprise feasibility analysis, based on real estate information provided from real estate agent terminals(3021-302M), and generates a basic enterprise feasibility analysis report. The architectural design basic drawing creation program(104) selects one of the drawings stored in the database(106) on the basis of the total floor area and architectural area generated according to the basic enterprise feasibility analysis, generates construction outline information, inserts this information into the selected drawing, and outputs it as an architectural design basic drawing. The database(106) is comprised of a database for real estate development information, a database for basic enterprise feasibility analysis reports and architectural design basic drawings, a database for the final basic enterprise feasibility analysis report, and a database for real estate development information for business. Also the database(106) contains an enterprise feasibility analysis table necessary in driving the basic enterprise feasibility analysis program(102) and a plurality of drawings required in driving the architectural design basic drawing creation program(104).COPYRIGHT 2001 KIPO
