PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To retrieve real estate property corresponding to a condition within the range of required time from a station to become a starting point in real estate property retrieval further when there is that condition of property information.SOLUTION : In order to retrieve the relevant property of real estate within the range of time designated from a certain station on the basis of that station, respective kinds of information on a route name, a station name, time between stations and route communication are registered, the route of shortest time from the starting point to the property is calculated on the basis of such information and it is decided whether the found calculated result is within the range of the required time or not.
