The affiliated concern(220) may purchase a plurality of lottery tickets at a low cost, and supplies the lottery tickets to general users through various events. If all lottery tickets are sold, the real estate web operating company(200) draws a prize winner and issues a prize winning confirmation document to the prize winner.
