PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a method and a system for real estate matching, with which desired real estate can be surely provided to a purchaser by a simple method.SOLUTION : A real estate matching system 2 is provided with a real estate purchase applicant database (first database) 4 capable of registering the required purchase application conditions of a real estate purchase applicant to purchase a land as real estate, a real estate information database (second database) 6 capable of registering various kinds of real estate information (land information), a matching processing part 8 capable of selecting specified real estate information by performing matching processing between the required purchase application conditions registered on the real estate purchase applicant database 4 and various kinds of real estate information registered on the real estate information database 6, and a real estate information providing part 10 capable of providing the real estate information selected by the matching processing part 8 only to the real estate purchase applicant matched to these required purchase application conditions.
