PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a lease property information list in which a rent market price and a rent deviation are calculated and displayed for each property, a rent market price calculation program and a computer readable recording medium having them recorded thereon for accelerating the decision making of a lease desiring person and contributing to contract realization in an early stage for a real estate lease broker in lease property for residence.SOLUTION : As the rough standard of judging whether a rent to be the most important point when the lease desiring person narrows the property he/she desires to lease from lease property information is rather expensive or rather cheap compared to the rent market price around the nearest station of the property, by using a multiple regression formula for which the rent per m2 (Yen) is an object variable and the three factors of walk from the station (minutes), an exclusive area (m2) and the number of months after construction (months) are explanation variables, the rent market price and the rent deviation are calculated and displayed for each property in the lease property information list.
