PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a reservation system for a real estate rental which reserves real estate rental through a computer network.SOLUTION : A person who reserves a real estate rental can obtain property information preferentially and while, a general user can utilizes this reservation system as an effective information collection source because a case that the general user can not make a contract due to a contracted property is reduced by providing a property information database 13 storing real estate rentals, an information reading means 9 for displaying the property information of the database 13 on the user terminal 3 of the general user, a means for urging the user terminal 3 to input a user' s desired reservation condition, a database managing means 11 for extracting property information coinciding with the inputted desired reservation condition from the database 13, a reservation property information holding part 14 for holding the property information of the extracted property as a reserved property so as not to display the property information on the terminal of the general user for a prescribed period, and a means for outputting property information to the user terminal 3 of the person who has made a reservation.
