PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a customer attracting method using an information means, which easily attract customers to a real estate agent and returns a part of a contract deposit which is paid to the agent by a contract between the agent and a customer, to the customer as a contractor.SOLUTION : This method is provided with a real estate agent information providing stage where real estate agent information is provided for many unspecified persons by using an electronic information means to induce them to visit the real estate agent, a contact state where a visitor makes real estate agent information provided in the real estate agent information providing stage into a document and presents the document to the real estate gent to contact the real estate agent after visiting real estate agent while bringing the document, and a money note providing stage where a part of the contract deposit paid at the time of a contract between the real estate agent and the visitor is obtained as proceeds and a part of the proceeds is converted to a money note means and is provided for the visitor who has presented the document.
