PURPOSE : A method for a real estate intermediation through a video medium and a device for executing the same are provided to execute a real estate transaction easily in a daily life by simultaneously displaying various kinds of real estate information in the Internet and a TV broadcasting and inputting information such as an article for sale through the Internet and a general telephone.CONSTITUTION : A main database server(3) includes various kinds of information necessary for a real estate transaction. The information of the main database server(3) is displayed on the Internet(1). A provider, a consumer, and a mediator include computers for inputting and displaying the information. A data extracting unit(6) transmits desired information only to a TV(5) out of various kinds of real estate information such as an article for sale inputted in the main database server(3) and constructs a database based on the information. A graphic database server(7) receives extracted data, converts the received data into graphic data for enabling a TV broadcasting viewer to recognize the data, and stores the converted data. A display environment setting unit(8) sets the graphic data converted in the graphic database server(7) as a specific form.? KIPO 2003
