PURPOSE : A real estate image relaying method is provided to relay images on real estate to a real estate data demander such as a leaser or a purchaser over the wired or wireless internet so that the real estate leaser or purchaser visually check the real estate without visiting the real place.CONSTITUTION : Plural real estate suppliers register data on the real estate and a time schedule on a real time relay of its image at a main server, and the server stores them at a database(101, 103). A real estate demander searches for data on a desired real estate in the database, and selects the desired real estate and the time schedule on the real time relay(105). The main server notifies the real estate supplier, demander and member agency of the data on the real estate and the relay time schedule(109). The member agency takes image of the real estate at the notified time, and transmits the image of the real estate to a main server(111).
