PURPOSE : A method for supplying a real estate right analysis service according to types through the Internet is provided to supply a customized right analysis with respect to a selected pattern by on-line by a right analysis system which interlocks a user terminal which wants to a right analysis, a civil affair document terminal, a server, and a database interactively.CONSTITUTION : A web page for selecting a wanted item out of various right analysis items is supplied to a user terminal connected to a server through the Internet(S210). The user terminal selects a wanted item in the web page, and the server receives the selected item from the user terminal(S220). The server supplies a real estate right analysis written application including a registrant information description space and an event contents description space corresponded to the selected right analysis item to the user terminal(S230). The server receives registrant information and event contents from the user terminal(S240). The server supplies a web page for uploading civil affair document information including a real estate register certified copy, a land register certified copy, and a building register certified copy(S250). The server downloads the civil affair document information from a civil affair document terminal(S260). A classification module of the server classifies the event into a right of an ownership, a right except an ownership, and other right(S270). An analysis module of the server executes a right analysis from event contents and the civil affair document information by interlocking with a database(S280).
