PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a real estate escrow system and method by which an escrow agent to be a third person can easily set objective and valid evaluation on real estate and carrying out real estate transaction on the basis of the evaluation.SOLUTION : An escrow company 30 which is a third person evaluates real estate to be a transaction target on the basis of the detailed information of the real estate in order to reduce a risk of the real estate transaction. Thereby the real estate can be accurately and easily evaluated, the validity and soundness of transaction contents are examined on the basis of the evaluation result, and in determining there is no validity and soundness, the transaction is canceled, a deposit is returned to a buyer 20 and a title deed is returned to a seller 10, so that safety of the real estate transaction can be secured and its risk can be reduced. In determining the validity of the transaction contents, the deputizing processing of the real estate transaction is performed.
