PURPOSE : A method and a device for operating a virtual company to operate an investment target in the Internet are provided to enable investors to share in profits according to an operation result of the investment target by inviting the investors for the investment target such as real estate, establishing the virtual company for independently operating the investment target in the Internet, and issuing/assigning virtual stocks of the virtual company to each investor.CONSTITUTION : An information register(H101) registers the investment target operated by the virtual company, a company operation rule, and an investor invitation condition. A data storing part(H102) stores investor information inputted from the investor and the information registered from the information register. A virtual company generator(H103) establishes the virtual company for operating the investment target finishing investor invitation in the Internet. An information provider(H104) periodically calculates/displays an operation result and a share of the virtual company. A system operator(H106) fixes the investors and finishes the investor invitation by receiving application money for the virtual stocks from the investors, distributes the virtual stocks to each investor, and operates the virtual company.?
