PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide an auction real estate information delivery system capable of providing, with respect to an auction real estate desired by a person who is interested in acquiring the auction real estate or a person who supports it, not only its article information but also data giving an index for grasping its reasonable price from a server to a client.SOLUTION : The delivery system 1 comprises a Web server 10 having a database 15; and the client 11 managed and operated by a real-estate intermediate agent which are connected to each other through the Internet 16. The client 11 transmits summary browsing request information to the server when one of case numbers in a browsing screen delivered from the Web server 10 is selected by a user. The Web server 10 forms, on receipt of the summary browsing request information, summary screen information including information displaying the announcement date of the article of the selected case number in time series from a delivery request to a present time.
