PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a real estate information retrieving device, a real estate information retrieval program, and a real estate information retrieval method for retrieving real estate properties based on the actual appearance and facilities.SOLUTION : The real estate information retrieving device comprises a DB1 for accumulating property data including the facility image data of each facility for each real estate property; a list of data providing means 4 for retrieving facilities from the DB1 based on a specified request from a PC3, acquiring each facility image data of each real estate property for the corresponding facilities, and composes the facility image data as data to be displayed in a list for returning to the PC3; and a property data providing means 5 for acquiring the property data of the real estate property corresponding to facilities selected from the PC3 from the facility image data being displayed in a list on the PC3 from the DB1 for composing as data to be displayed for returning to the PC3.
