PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a project loan recovering system to promptly recover a loan, required to be recovered depending on a progress, from the sales charge for another project in the loan for a real estate development project for sale in lots.SOLUTION : In Fig. 2 left showing examples where all A to C progress on schedule, the sales charge of A and B paid on schedule is spent to pay off the loan, and the surplus fund is released for paying an outstanding construction cost, etc. In contrast, in Fig. 2 right, although A and B progress on schedule, there occurs a delay in schedule in C. When the schedule delay occurs in other projects, term profit is deprived, but a portion of the sales charge of the other project sold on schedule is spent on the repayment. The surplus fund of the A and B after, the repayment is spent on repayment for C, consequently, a refund from a bank account is temporarily inhibited.COPYRIGHT : (C)2007, JPO&INPIT
