PURPOSE : A system for supporting intermediation of real estate deal/lease transaction is provided to transfer intermediation request information to many realtors and display the intermediation request information to Internet users by automatically registering the intermediation request information to a fixed web service if a user wanting the real estate deal/lease transaction requests the intermediation once.CONSTITUTION : A real estate deal/lease information input module(2) inputs intermediation request contents to an input form webpage. A realtor selecting module(3) enables the user to select the realtors(7) to be requested. A request content transmitting module(4) transfers inputted intermediation information to the selected realtors by using diverse media. An Internet search supporting module(5) searches the requested realtors fairly and outputs a consistent information search result to searchers searching the same article. A request content managing module(6) supports post-management for the registered article in a requester or realtor side.? KIPO 2007
