PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a system capable of paying the site charge of a electric pole to a legal landowner and managing the change of the site charge of the electric pole.SOLUTION : This system is provided with a business office system connected through a network to a server system. The server system is provided with : a meter-reading result database in which the meter-reading data of use electric energy are stored for each demand contract number; a customer database in which electricity charge calculation data are stored for each demand contract number; a electric pole site database in which data relating to electric pole setting are stored for each electric pole number; and a real estate registration ledger database in which information relating to the location and landowner are stored for each lot number. In the system, the matching between the electric pole site database and the customer database is performed, and a notice slip relating to electricity charge, to which the electric pole site charge information is added, is outputted, and the matching between the electric pole database and the real estate ledge is performed, then the payment destination information of the electric pole site database is updated based on the change of the information relating to the landowner appearing in the real estate registration ledger.COPYRIGHT : (C)2007, JPO&INPIT
