PURPOSE : A system for analyzing a project land based on the network and an offering method thereof are provided to offer decision support data by generating a question form including evaluation items corresponding to the project land selected from a user and calculating an estimated sale price of the project land based on evaluation information inputted through the question form.CONSTITUTION : A database server(20) classifies/stores member information, and real estate, economical and financial information of each region by linking with the network. An operator server(10) is linked with the database server, authenticates a member terminal, generates/processes the question form based on the information related to the project land selected by a member, calculates an analysis result for the selected project land by using an analysis module(15), and provides the analysis result to the member terminal. The analysis module calculates a coefficient through hedonic approach by receiving the real estate information corresponding to the project land from the database server and calculates the estimated sale price of the project land by inputting a factor received from the member to the coefficient.?
