PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a real estate trading support system capable of allowing a purchaser being insecure about his/her economic future or with the change of a living environment to purchase real estate at ease by obtaining a flexible paying method in purchasing the real estate. SOLUTION : The system includes : a server 10 for presenting the payment plan of a real estate loan to a purchase planning person; a user terminal 20 for receiving the presented payment plan information from the server 10 and displaying it; and a network 30 such as the Internet for connecting the server and the terminal. The server 10 opens the Web site of a developer on the network 30, which presents a purchasable new-built condominium. When the purchase request of the presented new-built condominium is received from the user terminal 20, the server 10 generates the payment plan information, based on the purchase condition of the purchase planning person included in the purchase request, etc., and transmits the information to the user terminal 20.
