PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a real estate selling system which enables a seller to easily and quickly change the sale price of a real estate property disclosed on a communication network.SOLUTION : The real estate selling system includes : a first terminal device 5 which the seller uses, a server device 3 connected to the first terminal device 5 for communication; and a second terminal device 7 connected to the first terminal device 5 for communication. The server device 3 refers to databases 46 to 49 to send a content relating to the property, which includes the sale price, to the second terminal device 7. The server device 3 determines whether information for authentication relating to the seller, which is sent from the first terminal device 5, agrees with information for authentication which is registered to the server device 3 about the seller or not. When a new sale price is sent from the first terminal device 5 in the case of agreement between these pieces of information, the server device 3 stores this sale price in databases 46 to 49 and sends a content relating to the property, which includes this sale price, to the second terminal device 7.COPYRIGHT : (C)2008, JPO&INPIT
