PURPOSE : A method for providing a proper bid analysis in a real estate auction information providing system is provided to enable a user to inquire proper bid prices analyses including an estimated successful bid of auctioned real estate through a webpage in real-time, and enable the user to inquire the bid analysis through the webpage in real-time based on the bid received from the user.CONSTITUTION : A bid analyzing module calculates the estimated successful bid based on statistics analyzing average successful bids for the same area, and calculates a first bid analysis including taxes, expenses, and margin based on the estimated successful bid. The bid analyzing module calculates a second bid analysis including the taxes, the expenses, and the margin based on the estimated bids, which are inputted from experts and are previously stored in a database. The bid analyzing module diagrams and displays the first/second bid analysis to the webpage. The bid analyzing module calculates a user bid analysis including the taxes, the expenses, and the margin based on the estimated bid received from the user.
