The invention relates to a method for creating an electronic certificate of a real estate object and a system for realizing thereof. The technical result is aimed at simplification of building and use of real estate objects, shortening servicing time and increasing the object servicing safety. The method comprises steps of information analysis presented in initial formats, conversion of information presented in initial formats into, at least, two standardized formats, supplementing and updating the information concerning the object, creating the object electronic certificate as a dynamic three-dimensional model of the real estate object presented in the first standardized format associated by logic connection with technical documentation presented in the second standardized format.
