The method comprises : (a) based on known spatial data points, estimating a surface model to obtain one or more additional spatial data points. Each known or additional spatial data point is associated with a real estate asset and includes a value and a geographic coordinate associated with the real estate asset. The estimated surface model corresponds to a fit to the known spatial data points. The method further comprises (b) using the geographic coordinate included in each additional spatial data point on the surface model, determining address information of the real estate asset associated with the additional spatial data point.
