PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a method for paying a purchase price of a real estate, which is significant for a purchaser and a real estate owner and does not cause a loss for both of them by agreement based on a preliminary contract between the purchaser and the rear estate owner without troublesome checking in banks or the like.SOLUTION : In the method for paying a purchase price of a rear estate property like a land or a building, a selling price of the rear estate property is taken as the total amount, and the total amount is divided by a payment which the purchaser can pay each time in accordance with a payment frequency, to calculate years and months of payment, and the purchaser is obligated to pay the payment to the rear estate owner each time, and ownership is to be transferred from the rear estate owner to the purchaser at timing of the completion of payment of the total amount after the years and months of payment.
