PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To solve a problem that real estate business have stores for each region due to the business characteristics and each of the stores acquires a registry of a property at the time of registering the property, at the time of making a contract for it, and at the time of placing advertisement for it, etc., which suggests that multiple stores may use the same registries, and if there are repeated acquisitions of the same registries in individual acquisitions at each store, an unnecessary cost is generated because an acquisition fee is charged when acquiring a registry from the registration information provided by the Justice Ministry via Internet. SOLUTION : A registry acquisition application is sent from a store terminal to a registry information management server. Based on the information included in the registry acquisition application received by registry information management server and the information stored in advance, it is determined whether the application for the registry acquisition to the registration center shall be performed or it shall be notified to the store terminal that the same acquisition application was already made.
