The user begins with a vendor wizard process that creates a unique online property folder website and a vendor portal on the backend from programmed inputs. Feature property data inputs, text descriptions and media are used to generate print ready marketing collateral. The vendor wizard configures tools ready for use. As a result of the vendor wizard a vendor presentation is created to show the vendor online the process steps and list the property. During the period of agency the user updates each active online property folder from a portal characterized by : holding cost data; agent vendor log recording chronological events; inputting live market value data and comparative property value data. Lead search data is published as web notes via the system portal. Agency uses portal to supervise agents in real time.
