The present invention relates to a system and method for managing a trade of real estate using a computer telephony integration (CTI) communication network. The method for managing a trade of real estate using the CTI communication network simplifies the trade of real estate and the arrangement of real estate agents in a university town in which lease trades are frequently made by using the CTI communication which relays a computer and a telephone in an integrated way, thereby activating trades of real estate. In addition, the method complimentarily mediates real estate to a lessee and imposes a commission lower than or equal to the current legal commission to the lessee, thereby reducing the financial burden of lessees.
