PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide an integrated system capable of performing all works such as registration of real estate property information, evaluation request, evaluation result input, and decision online, capable of making pieces of information required for work compact, and achieving efficiency of work by handling pieces of information in a unitary state.SOLUTION : Plural kinds of plural documents and plural pieces of information required for evaluation of real estate property are available online, and a series of proceeding which require mediation of plural different sections (or organization) such as evaluation of the real estate which is registered in association with the real estate property, creation of request for decision, and approval, are performed by coordination of respective functions on online, and the pieces of information are managed in a unitary state.
