The system allows prospective tenants to coordinate showings of apartments directly with the current tenants, eliminating the need for a real estate agent to tour the prospective tenant around, and allowing the prospective tenant to choose the apartments they view. A real estate agent may be engaged for the limited work of coordinating and executing the lease.
