The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a lip palette having a three-dimensional shape with fine patterns and, more specifically, to a method for manufacturing a lip palette having a three-dimensional shape with fine patterns, comprising the following steps : fitting and fixing a lip palette container in a mold after engraving the fine patterns or characters on the mold which is made of metal; filling contents through an injection hole formed on the back of the lip palette container fixed in the mold by using a nozzle; and taking out the lip palette container where the contents are filled, from the mold after a cooling process using an air spray method.
