Provided herein is a method for managing real estate transaction documents. The method comprises receiving a request for access to real estate transaction documents. An interface is generated for presentation of at least a portion of the real estate documents. One or more signature blocks are identified in the presented portion of the real estate transaction documents by identifying one or more signature indicators in the real estate transaction documents, and a signature indicator is associated with a signature block. Signature of the presented portion of the real estate transaction documents is requested. A signature of the presented portion of the real estate transaction documents is received. The received signature is associated with at least one of the signature blocks.
