Accordingly, the system sets a customized asset operation plan according to an investment goal and investment amount of a customer, and ensures a fixed earning rate through a rental contract based on the real estate product when operating the asset. Moreover, the system enables to construct a portfolio composed of other investment products in addition to the real estate product when the asset exceeds a reference amount, so high profitability may be ensured.
