The present invention provides an apparatus for representing information about a real estate on sale, capable of acquiring real estate information while minimizing usage of wireless data, and a method for the same. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the apparatus comprises : a realtor terminal used by a realtor, receiving sale information including at least one among a location, a sale price, a photo, a moving image, and urgent/normal sale of a real estate on sale to transmit the sale information on an advertisement (AD) panel through wire or wirelessly; and the AD panel to display the sale information received from the realtor terminal. The apparatus comprises : a sale information providing server receiving the sale information from the realtor terminal to generate a sale information display window, so as to post the sale information display window in a sale information webpage of the realtor; and a user terminal connecting to the sale information webpage through an Internet network to display the sale information display window. The realtor terminal transmits the sale information to the sale information providing server.
