The system includes a real estate property, a beacon configured to be installed or attached to the real estate property, and a server on a network. The beacon is configured to transmit short-range signals to a mobile device of a user. The mobile device is configured to receive information on the real estate property from the server over the network and present the information to the user who is determined to be near the real estate property.
